List of Processes of Batch Making Classes:
Batches are made as per the strength of the different courses joined by the students. Their timing are fixed as per their convenience. Students Attendance and Course record Register is maintained for the purpose besides the details regarding the same in the Admission Form.
Outsource Process:
Seminars are organized to get aware the students of various courses and career opportunities by organizing Seminars addressed by guest Specialist in the Field.
Identification Mechanism:
By coding the Computers and Machines we identify the same and their complaints are also recorded the Day-Book which helps the staff to get set the same things right.
Requirement of Traceability:
From the Admission Form and the photograph affixed thereon, Secondly Certificate Issue Register is also maintained on which a specific serial number of the of at least the staff members.
Internal Test System:
Weekly and Monthly Tests of theory and practical are held to assess the progress of the student.
Library facility with System:
Library system is adopted for the benefit of the students. Notes and books are kept in the Library and its record is maintained in the Register.
Students Properly Handling:
From the students Identity Card and their Bio-Data.
