Company profile:
Punjab Commercial College, Malout was established in 1972 in the Sub. Division City, Malout in District Muktsar-Punjab State and started to impart training to the students/unemployed youths in the course of Typing, Shorthand (Stenography) and Typewriters repairs etc. So that can get employment either in Govt. Departments or Private Institutions or Organizations or become self employed after becoming efficient as Typist/Document Writer in the Market.
2. In 1983 the Institute was got registered by the Registrar of firms Punjab Govt. vide their No.4194/1982-83. Our area initially being backward in education the Computer era entered late in our area but steadily and got its speed at full swings within short span of time which necessitated us to set up course of Computer Education in our Institution. Thousands of students after getting training from this Institution either are employed in Govt. jobs/reputed Private Institutions or self employed in our District Muktsar or nearby districts, Bathinda, Ferozepur, Faridkot and also in some other districts of Punjab State and in some other cities in India.
Covered Area: 978 sq.fts with extra spacious facility of Car and scooter parking.

Process of getting Admission-Record Name:
Students are admitted in various defined and prescribed. Course of the institution after considering his/her Educational qualifications, abilities and capabilities by discussing his/her intention of joining the Course/s and their interest. Admission Form is filled in by photograph is also affixed thereon.
Process of getting purchase- Record Name:
Computers (CPUs, Monitors, Key Board, Mouse etc.), Printers and other machines and accessories are purchased from the local market and also from the nearby renowned city of Computers eg. Bathinda and Sri Ganganagar after trying from the different dealers in the markets.
List of Processes of Batch Making Classes:
Batches are made as per the strength of the different courses joined by the students. Their timing are fixed as per their convenience. Students Attendance and Course record Register is maintained for the purpose besides the details regarding the same in the Admission Form.
Outsource Process:
Seminars are organized to get aware the students of various courses and career opportunities by organizing Seminars addressed by guest Specialist in the Field.
Identification Mechanism:
By coding the Computers and Machines we identify the same and their complaints are also recorded the Day-Book which helps the staff to get set the same things right.
Requirement of Traceability:
From the Admission Form and the photograph affixed thereon, Secondly Certificate Issue Register is also maintained on which a specific serial number of the of at least the staff members.
Internal Test System:
Weekly and Monthly Tests of theory and practical are held to assess the progress of the student.
Library facility with System:
Library system is adopted for the benefit of the students. Notes and books are kept in the Library and its record is maintained in the Register.

So the Computer Education is must for everyone to get success in one’s life. Although the Technical Education of every type is useful and job oriented but the Computer Education has bright chances to enter in large and different area of employment. So, to enable the unemployed Education Youth to get employment by the best way is our sole and main motive. Quality seldom demands publicity. Beside bright business purpose, the owner and the staff get good reputation in the Society. Moreover relations with the students and their parents become very close and family like which are very useful for both of the sides.
Four key words to run business.
To provide best training to the students to get them aware about career and courses. At least how to achieve their goal to get employment the students are told by holding Seminars and in staff and students meetings. From time to time we also get opinion from the students regarding the working/teaching the Institution by getting secret opinion of the students by a procedure of Secret/Confidential Intimation Letter by which we get knowledge about or shortcoming and necessities which help us to make improvement for the benefits of the students and Institution as well. Weekly/Fortnightly paper is also published by the Institution regarding vacant posts and procedure of apply for the same. Weekly employment Newspaper published by the Govt. of India and some other Newspapers are also available for the students to get general knowledge and knowledge about the employment opportunities. Because of board relations with the people of the area, the students get employment in local and private concern. By this way they earn while they learn.
